Good Housekeeping article

However, I was thrilled to be included in an article about one of my passions - wild swimming - something which has helped me inordinately in my path to recovery from trauma. Even better, there is no mention of my stoma, or birth trauma, which is what I need to remind people of sometimes - I am not just “birth trauma stoma girl”, I am more than this label suggests.

If you want to take up wild swimming and need some handy tips, please read this article - it contains so much great advice from Alice Goodridge, an open water swim coach and founder of Swim Wild UK, and Dr Sarah Jarvis. And me!
